The Administrative Assistant for Mercedes Pre-Owned Sales will help with price changes, track inventory, add units in our systems, and assist in filling out paperwork for purchased unit. Will also assist with audit units as well as well audit pricing and descriptions.
Attention to detail is very important, with excellent organizational skills. Must be able to multi task and be flexible. Basic to intermediate computer skills needed. Must be able to dress in a professional business casual manner.
*Ability to work outdoors occasionally in various types of weather, which will involve walking the dealership lot and transporting vehicles; will be back-up to Porters during peak times
Full time position
Will train the right candidate
Must pass drug test, motor vehicle check and criminal background check
